Shed Cleanouts and Removal for the Greater Seattle Area

A shed reaches a point where it stops being storage and becomes a problem. The roof goes, the floor softens, and everything inside is now rusted to everything else. At that stage most people want the whole thing gone rather than tidied.

We do both. We clear out what’s inside, and if the shed itself is finished, we take it apart and haul it away in the same visit. You get the yard back.

How Our Mattress Removal Works

Full Service

We clear the contents, dismantle the shed if it’s coming down, and rake the pad clean.

Clearing a shed is mostly about what’s underneath. Sheds get packed front to back over years, so the first three feet come out easily and the rest takes work. Rusted hand tools, a seized mower, bags of concrete gone solid, coils of hose, terracotta pots and half a deck of leftover lumber are the standard inventory.

We do the pulling. Wasps, mice and rot are normal and don’t change the job. If the floor has gone soft, we’ll tell you before anyone steps on it. Sheds that back onto a fence line or sit at the far end of a long garden mean a longer carry, so mention the access when you book.

If the shed is coming down too, we dismantle it. Wood, metal and plastic sheds all come apart, and the material leaves with the contents so you aren’t left with a pile of siding on the lawn waiting for a second appointment. Concrete pads and anchored slabs stay unless you’ve arranged otherwise in advance.

Shed work is priced by the fraction of the truck the whole job fills, and a dismantled shed takes real volume, so send photos of the inside and the outside. Our pricing page has the tiers.

Call or text 425-224-7760 with photos and we’ll quote the whole job at once.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We dismantle wood, metal and plastic sheds and haul the material away in the same visit as the contents, so you don’t end up with a pile of siding on the lawn waiting for a second appointment.

It stays, unless you’ve arranged something different with us in advance. Breaking up and removing a slab is a bigger job than a shed teardown and needs pricing separately. Mention it when you call and we’ll tell you whether it’s something we can take on.

The mower yes, the gas can no. Fuel containers and propane tanks are one of the categories we can’t legally haul, full or empty. Drain the mower before we arrive if you can, and take fuel containers to a King County household hazardous waste site.

All normal. A shed that’s been shut for a few years usually has at least one of the three and it doesn’t change whether we do the job. If the floor has gone soft enough to be a safety problem we’ll tell you before anyone steps on it.

No. Emptying it is most of what you’re paying for. If there’s anything in there you want to keep, pull it out or point it out when we arrive, and everything else goes.

By the fraction of the truck the whole job fills, contents and structure together. A dismantled shed takes real volume, so send photos of both the inside and the outside and we’ll give you one number covering all of it. Our pricing page has the tiers.
