Garage Cleanouts for the Greater Seattle Area

Garages fill up slowly. A few boxes after a move, then a bike nobody rides, then the treadmill that became a coat rack, and at some point the car stops fitting. Clearing it yourself is a full weekend and at least three runs to the transfer station.

We’ll do it in one visit. Our crew works from the door inward, sorts as we load, and hauls it away in a single truck. You point at what stays.

How Our Garage Cleanout Works

01

Schedule

Book online or call 425-224-7760. A few photos of the garage are enough for us to quote it.

02

Upfront Pricing

We walk the garage with you and confirm the price before we load anything.

03

Full Service

We carry it all out and sweep the floor. We do our best to donate or recycle rather than add to the landfill

A garage cleanout is mostly a sorting job. We start by walking through with you so you can point out whatever is staying, then we work from the door inward. Boxes, shelving, broken lawn equipment, bikes, camping gear, scrap lumber, old tires and the exercise machine all go out the same way.
You don’t have to pre-sort anything or drag it to the driveway first. If you’d rather point from the doorway and let us work, that’s fine. If you’d rather open boxes as we pull them out, we’ll go at your pace. Most garages take us two to four hours.

Household paint we can take, for a small per-container fee listed on our pricing page. What we can’t take is solvents, thinners, automotive fluids, propane and gas cylinders, car and lithium batteries, and fluorescent tubes. King County runs free drop-off sites for all of those and we’ll tell you the closest one. Everything else in a normal garage is fair game.

Garage cleanouts are priced by the fraction of the truck you fill, so clearing one corner costs a fraction of clearing the whole thing. Our pricing page has the tiers.

Not sure how much you’ve got? Call or text 425-224-7760 with a couple of photos and we’ll give you a number.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, and most people don’t. We walk through with you first so you can point out anything staying, then work around it. If you’d rather go through boxes as we pull them out, we’ll work at your pace instead. Nothing needs to be moved to the driveway beforehand.

Paint yes, the other two no. Household paint goes for a small per-gallon fee listed on our pricing page. Solvents and thinners, motor oil and other automotive fluids, propane and gas cylinders, car and lithium batteries and fluorescent tubes are all outside what we can legally haul. King County runs free drop-off sites and we’ll point you to the nearest one

Most take two to four hours. A single-car garage with a moderate amount in it is usually closer to two. A packed two- or three-car garage with shelving to break down runs longer. We’ll give you a time estimate along with the price, before we start.

Yes, every time. We sweep the floor before we leave. It’s part of the job rather than an add-on, and it’s the difference between a cleared garage and an empty one.

We sort as we load. Anything in usable condition goes to local donation partners, including Habitat for Humanity. Metal, electronics and cardboard get recycled. We do our best to find somewhere for the rest to go, so as little as possible ends up in the landfill.

We price by the fraction of the truck your load fills rather than by the hour or by the item, so you only pay for the space you actually use. Our pricing page has the full breakdown, and we confirm the exact number on site before we start loading.
