Illegal Dumping Cleanup for the Greater Seattle Area

Somebody backed up to your property and left you their problem. A mattress in the alley, a load of tires behind the building, construction debris in a vacant lot, or the pile that appeared beside your dumpster overnight. Whatever it is, it wasn’t there yesterday and it’s yours to deal with today.

We clear it. Fast, because a dumped pile attracts more of the same within days, and documented, because you may need the photos for the police, your insurer or the city.

How Our Illegal Dumping Cleanup Works

01

Schedule

Call or text 425-584-3010, or send photos. We work around your schedule.

02

Upfront Pricing

We confirm the price before loading. One number, with disposal already in it.

03

Full Service

We load, haul and sweep. Metal, wood and cardboard get separated for recycling.

We work with property owners, managers, HOAs, businesses and landowners across Seattle and the Eastside. The common thread is that none of it is your junk and you didn’t choose to be dealing with it. Alleys, vacant lots, back lanes, staging areas and the blind side of a building are where it lands most often.

Speed matters more here than on any other job we do, because a dumped pile signals that a location isn’t being watched. One mattress becomes five, somebody adds a couch, and within two weeks you have a site rather than an incident. Call as soon as you find it.

We photograph everything before we touch it and send you the set, because you may need it for a police report, an insurance claim or a city code complaint. If we find anything carrying a name or an address, and dumped loads surprisingly often do, we set it aside and tell you rather than loading it.

Some dumped material is outside what we can take: drums, chemicals, fuel tanks and anything that looks like hazardous waste. If that’s what you’ve got, don’t move it. Call the county first and we’ll handle whatever is left afterward.

Call or text 425-584-3010.

What We Clear from Dump Sites

Most of what gets dumped. We can’t take chemical drums, household hazardous waste, fuel or propane tanks, or anything exposed to bed bugs. Don’t move suspected hazardous material, call the county.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our pickup days are Saturday through Monday with Tuesday by request, and dumping calls get treated as urgent within that window. Call as soon as you find it, because a pile that sits attracts more and the cost rises with the volume.

Yes. We photograph the site before we touch anything and send you the full set, since you may need it for a police report, an insurance claim or a city complaint. If we find anything with a name or address on it, and dumped loads often contain something, we set it aside and tell you.

Don’t move them and don’t let anyone else. Chemical drums, fuel tanks and suspected hazardous waste need the county rather than a hauling crew, and disturbing them can make you responsible for the cleanup. Call King County first, then call us for whatever’s left.

Yes. Tires are among the most commonly dumped items and we take them. They carry a disposal cost at the facility, so mention the count when you call and we’ll build it into the quote rather than adding it after.

Usually the property owner. Depending on your policy and the location it may be recoverable through insurance or a municipal program, which is exactly why we document everything. We’re not advising you on a claim, only making sure you have what you’d need to file one.

By the fraction of the truck the load fills, the same as anything else. Send photos to 425-584-3010 and we’ll quote from those, so you know the number before we roll.
