Construction Site Cleanup for the Greater Seattle Area

A site that stays clean runs faster. Trades work better, inspections go smoother, and the final walkthrough doesn’t turn into a scramble. But keeping it clean means somebody hauling, and that somebody is usually whoever has the least to do that day.

We take it off your schedule. Recurring pickups through the build, a full clear before handover, or both. Our pickup days are Saturday through Monday, which is when most sites are quiet.

How Our Construction Site Cleanup Works

01

Schedule

Call or text 425-584-3010, or send photos. We work around your schedule.

02

Upfront Pricing

We confirm the price before loading. One number, with disposal already in it.

03

Full Service

We load, haul and sweep. Metal, wood and cardboard get separated for recycling.

We work with general contractors, remodelers, custom builders and developers across Seattle and the Eastside. The two patterns we see most are recurring pickups on a schedule through a long build, and a single full clear at the end before the client walks it.

Weekends being our main pickup days is usually an advantage on a jobsite rather than a limitation. Nobody’s working, the driveway’s clear, and Monday starts on a clean site. If you need a mid-week clear before an inspection, Tuesday is available by request. Occupied remodels, new builds and tenant improvements all work the same way from our side: tell us what’s ready to go and we clear it.

We handle the whole site rather than one pile. Interior debris, the driveway stack, the overflow beside the dumpster, the pile behind the garage, packaging, offcuts and the general accumulation nobody claims. We sweep when we’re done.

For ongoing builds we set a standing schedule, so you’re not calling every time and you deal with the same crew rather than explaining the site to somebody new. If the site has a gate code, a narrow approach or a neighbor who objects to noise before eight, tell us and we’ll work around it.

Call or text 425-584-3010 and we’ll build the schedule around your build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, and it’s how most of our builder work runs. We set a standing schedule for the length of the build so you’re not calling each time, and you deal with the same crew rather than explaining the site to somebody new every visit.

Weekends are our main pickup days. Saturday through Monday, with Tuesday available by request. On a jobsite that usually helps: nobody’s working, the driveway’s clear, and Monday starts clean.

Yes. We sweep and clear the area we’ve worked in before we leave, which matters most on an end-of-build clear where the client is walking it next.

Asbestos-containing material, household hazardous waste, wet paint and solvents, and fuel tanks. Asbestos needs a licensed abatement contractor rather than a hauler. If you’re on a pre-1980 tear-out and aren’t certain what you’ve got, send a photo before we schedule.

It can be. We don’t rent dumpsters, so we’re the alternative rather than an add-on. For weeks of continuous debris on a site with room for a container, a dumpster usually makes more sense. For phased work or a tight site, we’re normally faster.

By the fraction of the truck each load fills, with dense material like tile and concrete quoted differently than bulk. Recurring work gets a standing rate. Our pricing page has the tiers. Call 425-584-3010.
