Construction Debris Removal for the Greater Seattle Area
Debris stops work. Drywall scrap in the middle of a room, torn-out flooring stacked in the driveway, demo material filling the garage. None of it moves until somebody hauls it, and the trade waiting on that room is billing you either way.
We clear jobsite debris on your schedule, weekends included. We load it, sweep the area, and take it to licensed King County facilities. You get a price before we start and that price is the price.
How Our Construction Debris Removal Works

01
Schedule
Call or text 425-584-3010, or send photos of the pile. We work around your build schedule.

02
Upfront Pricing
We confirm the price on site before loading. One number, with disposal fees already in it.

03
Full Service
We load, haul and sweep. Metal, wood and cardboard get separated out for recycling.

We work with general contractors, remodelers, flooring and roofing crews, electricians, and homeowners running their own projects. Most calls are the same shape: a phase finished, the debris is in the way, and the next crew is already scheduled.
We haul from wherever the material actually is, including interior rooms, garages, back yards and upper floors. Our crew carries it out rather than asking you to stage it at the curb first, which matters on occupied remodels where a driveway pile isn’t an option. If the client is living in the house, we keep the path clean on the way out.
A dumpster makes sense when you’re generating debris for weeks. It makes less sense for a two-day demo, a single phase, a site with nowhere to put a container, or a street that would need a use permit. That’s where we fit: we show up once the pile exists, take it, and go.
Debris removal is priced by the fraction of the truck you fill, and dense material like tile and concrete is quoted differently than bulk. Our pricing page explains how that works.
Send photos to 425-584-3010 and we’ll price it before we come out.

Frequently Asked Questions
Weekends are our main pickup days rather than an exception. We run Saturday through Monday, with Tuesday available by request, which lines up well with work that has to clear before Monday inspections or the next trade arriving. Tell us your deadline when you call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Yes, within limits. Dense material is heavy enough that a small volume can max out the truck, so it’s priced differently than bulk debris. Send a photo and rough dimensions and we’ll quote it before we come out rather than surprising you on site.
No. We carry it out from wherever it is, including interior rooms and upper floors. On occupied remodels we lay down a path and clean up behind ourselves, so your client isn’t dealing with drywall dust in the hallway after we leave.
Asbestos-containing material, household hazardous waste, wet paint and solvents, and fuel tanks. Asbestos in particular needs a licensed abatement contractor rather than a hauler. If you’re not certain what you’ve got in a pre-1980 tear-out, send a photo before we schedule.
It depends on the job. For weeks of continuous debris on a site with room for a container, a dumpster usually wins. For a single phase, a two-day demo, a tight site, or anywhere you’d need a street use permit, we’re normally cheaper and faster, because you only pay for the volume you actually generated.
Yes. We’ll schedule regular pickups for the length of the build, and you deal with the same crew each time instead of a dispatcher who doesn’t know the site. Call 425-584-3010 to set it up.
