This was our second experience with Grizzly, and it was again a good one. The team removed several items from our soon-to-be sold home in Newcastle, including a big elliptical exercise machine and a bed and box spring. The process Grizzly uses is quite organized, with good communication and pictures being sent in advance, and the price (which is based mostly on the space requirement for the truck) was consistent with our estimate and expectations.

The crew was able to come an hour early to my job. They came ready to work and didn’t shy away at the 3 flights of stairs. They busted out the job in an hour and removed many boxes, garbage bags, torn down boxes for recycling, a couch and an armchair. Very friendly and good sense of humor. Highly recommend them!

Grizzly Junk Removal did an excellent job in emptying my two storage units. I was very pleased with the prompt communication that took place prior to emptying my storage units. Mike was always so prompt in answering any and all of my questions or concerns. They were right on time and are very efficient, professional and work well as a team. They swept up my storage units and left it very clean. I can’t say enough for how grateful I am for doing all the hard work they did in clearing and cleaning out both my storage units. Believe me, it was no easy task and they are so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Grizzly Junk Removal to anyone needing their services!! Look no further than Mike & Rachel with Grizzly Junk for all your junk hauling needs. Their professionalism, work-ethic and positive attitude are top-notch, and their pricing is very reasonable. We were moving and had accumulated a bunch of random items that we no longer needed at our new home, including a dilapidated couch. I absolutely loathed that couch; it was awkwardly large, I had no idea how to get it out of our basement, and frankly I would have been delighted to light it on fire with a blow torch instead. But Mike & Rachel cooly said “no worries, we’ll take it from here” so I could go about packing/moving other items. Before I knew it, the couch and all our other junk was loaded up and off to be disposed of. We also had a few specialty items that required disposal at a different site and they were very accommodating to make that happen. Moving is typically stressful, but we cannot thank Grizzly Junk enough for helping make the junk disposal aspect of it seamless. We will for sure be calling them in the future for future jobs. Bonus points to Grizzly Junk for patiently letting my truck-obsessed 5-year-old operate the hydraulic controls to lift the truck bed…I’m pretty sure you made his entire year!
